Description This tape is used for high voltage connections and provides cable shield continuation. Replaces semi-conducting layer beneath metallic shield in various medium-voltage cable repairs and splices. Electrically round-outs high-voltage connectors and bonds to insulating materials to minimise electrical stresses. Withstands temperatures up to 90°C. Round out bolted connections on insulated bus bars. Provides shielding for cable splices on solid dielectric insulated power cables. ASTM Approval and RoHS 2011/65/EU Compliant.
