This is a great way to pass an afternoon and have great pizza. Don’t let the “learning curve” deter you. Even a pizza out of round is delicious!A few hints- keep moving the crust on the peel as you assemble the pizza – that little shake keeps the crust loose;- they tell you to turn the pizza to avoid burning the crust which is right, but on the first turn, make sure the bottom is done enough so that the pizza will hold together on the turn;- keep the pizza toward the front of the oven so if it slides back when you’re turning it you have some room to maneuver the pizza;- this oven says pellets, but they don’t actually work well and burn out too fast.Customer service with this product has been fantastic and they really want you to succeed and have fun.
