Positives: Sturdy plastic. Color great, blends right in to my broken rear red light. Can be repositioned if you are trying for a better fit. It will stretch a little. Negatives: no instructions are included. Takes some patience to figure out how to separate the film shield from the sticky side. Very difficult to form to a curved surface, leaves bubbles and overlaps. I think your overall success depends on how curved your project is and how handy and patient you are at making angle cuts. The piece itself came flattened/bent from packaging because there was no tube or inner support to keep it circular. If you don’t mind the negatives, it does do a reasonable and sturdy repair.
