The Aeotec Z-Wave Door/Window Sensor 7 Pro is a battery-powered open/close contact sensor that monitors the open/close objects including doors, windows, drawers, and gates. This sensor connects to up to 7 Z-Wave devices to inform them of status changes and trigger automation or security events. It also supports connecting external binary sensors with a dry contact through the dry binary contact of the Door/ Window sensor. Using the latest technology it supports the highest Z-Wave security level of S2 and SmartStart. Mounts onto open/close objects and frames to monitor traffic and activity in your home. When the window’s status changes the sensor alerts connected receivers to trigger home security or home automation scenes.
