A rare William Moorcroft Autumn Flowers vase, designed by William Moorcroft, featuring the richly coloured Autumn Flowers pattern set against a deep, lustrous ground. The design displays finely tube-lined foliage and stylised blooms in soft blue, green, ochre, and orange tones, with excellent depth and clarity to the decoration. The vase has elegant proportions with a gently rounded body and flared rim, showcasing Moorcroft’s distinctive craftsmanship and glaze work. The base is clearly marked Moorcroft – Made in England, and bears the 1992 candlestick mark, along with the WM monogram. There is crazing to the base and to some light blue sections, consistent with age and firing, as shown in the detailed photographs. Dimensions: 31 cm high, 17 cm diameter.
